The town hall takes place in Detroit, Michigan, and will be moderated by Chris Cuomo, with viewers having the option to submit questions for Vance.
The town hall will take place in front of a live studio audience representing Republicans, Democrats and independents and will focus on key election issues including health care, the economy and the border.
