Voters will also consider a list of ballot measures Tuesday, including one to allow the state House of Representatives to impeach statewide officials.
Another measure would establish ranked-choice voting in the state, which allows voters to rank the candidates rather than choose one.
On Tuesday, 468 U.S. congressional seats (33 Senate seats and all 435 House seats) are up for election.
Polls close at 8 p.m. local time in Oregon, which holds eight electoral votes after previously having seven.
